1995 Mercedes Benz SL320
The SL320 has a 3.2 liter six cylinder engine. The five-speed automatic transmission is superbly smooth. In fact, everything about the SL is superbly smooth.
Some might find the steering highly assisted, but you'll be pleased overall with this car's handling and its agility, despite its 4,000-pound-plus weight. Standard equipment includes Mercedes' Electronic Stability Program, which helps to prevent and correct sideways slips and spins;
Nappa leather upholstery and interior trim; a redesigned instrument cluster; a slightly smaller steering wheel and wider tires on larger wheels.
Other safety features include four-wheel disc brakes with antilock and something Mercedes calls "Brake Assist," which automatically applies more pressure to the brake pedal more quickly than most drivers would do if the system senses a panic stopping situation;
a roll bar that automatically pops up if the car is about to roll over; side-impact air bags as well as the front-impact units required by law;
Mercedes' "BabySmart" system that recognizes the presence of a "special" child seat and deactivates the passenger-side frontal air bag.
As you'd expect the list of standard equipment goes on and on, but the more notable items not already mentioned include a removable hard top,
traction control and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
It's a great car and it's available for a lot less than its original $78,300.00 price tag.
The picture's a little dark so it's hard to see how beautiful the dark wood is with the black dash.
